Domestic Shipping:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Rates:
- For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Customer Responsibility:
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Set Forth NY is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Packages stolen or missing after delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, is stolen, or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@setforthny.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Tracking details
- Photos (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re located outside the U.S. and are interested in our candles, please email us at karenarcilla@setforthny.com to join our mailing list for future updates.
Preorders and Backorders:
We currently do not offer preorders or backorders. All products listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship.
