RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Set Forth NY, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Contact us at hello@setforthny.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged. 
  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Please do not send your item(s) back without receiving this authorization.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Return shipping fees for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For returns valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Set Forth NY cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Refunds and Credits:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and approved.
  • Refund timelines depend on your payment processor and may vary slightly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers or marketplaces.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Set Forth NY, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. We strive to accommodate your needs while maintaining efficient processing and fulfillment.

Cancellation Period:

  • Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Once this period has elapsed, orders are processed for fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Post-2-hour Cancellation:

  • Once the 2-hour period has passed, orders may no longer be canceled but can be returned following the Return and Exchange Policy.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • To request an order cancellation, please email us at hello@setforthny.com with your order number and relevant details.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

  • If your order is canceled within the designated cancellation period, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Exceptions:

  • Orders that have already been processed for shipment or fulfillment cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for a return under our Return and Exchange Policy.
  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-cancellable.

Policy Updates:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify our order cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
