Domestic Shipping:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on your location.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Rates:
- For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your package.
Customer Responsibility:
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
Set Forth NY is not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Packages stolen or missing after delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

International Shipping:

Preorders and Backorders:
We currently do not offer preorders or backorders. All products listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship.

How to update shipping and payment details after an order has been placed?
At Set Forth NY, we understand that sometimes details may need to be updated after an order has been placed. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines regarding shipping address and payment detail changes:
Shipping Address Changes
- Before Fulfillment: If your order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, you may request a change to the shipping address. Please contact us at karenarcilla@setforthny.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated shipping details.
- After Fulfillment: Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. In this case, we recommend you track your order and, if possible, arrange for delivery rerouting through the carrier.
- Responsibility: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Set Forth NY is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Payment Details Changes
- Before Payment Processing: If your payment has not yet been processed, you may update your payment details. Please reach out to us immediately at karenarcilla@setforthny.com to make necessary changes before the payment is completed.
- After Payment Processing: Once your payment has been processed and your order is confirmed, we cannot update your payment details. If there is an issue with the payment (such as a failed transaction), we may need to cancel the order and ask you to place a new one with the correct payment information.
- Failed Payment: If your payment fails, you will be notified, and you may update your payment method directly through the Shopify checkout process.
Order Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders are processed and may not be eligible for cancellation. You may still request a return or exchange after receiving your order as per our Return and Exchange Policy.

What is your return and exchange policy?
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Process for Returns and Exchanges:
- Contact us at karenarcilla@setforthny.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange. Please do not send your item(s) back without receiving this authorization.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Return shipping fees for non-damaged items are the responsibility of the customer.
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For returns valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Set Forth NY cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and approved.

How do I care for my candles?
